Amazing service!! After staying in many of boutiques hotels in Indonesia this is easily the best place my parents have stayed. The service is truly world class and the all staff go above and beyond. We could write numerous stories of how they went above and beyond but your really need to experience for yourself. I booked for my parents who come to Jogja to celebrate his 70th birthday and he was surprised by the real hospitality from all the team who turned up to congratulate him in the most genuine way. Special thank you to Pak Beka and the entire team of Hotel Ayaarta for making my father’s birthday and stay even more special. He already planned to return soon :) Amazing value.

My family (I didn't join this trip) had a great stay at Ayaartta Hotel in Malioboro from the time they checked in until checked out. The staff / team were attentive & helpful in many ways starting from checked in (swift & special arrangement was made to accommodate my family needs), daily room make up (without the need to remind / request), varieties of delicious foods & multi choices during breakfast & cleanliness of the facilities is top notch.

The lobby was nice, the room was really nice, the breakfast had good variety and yummy little treats. Had a decent pool as well. The daily housekeeping was nice as they changed our sheets daily. When we checked out of the hotel they were happy to store our luggages for us whilst we go out and about. Had a decent parking area, which was very useful since we had rented out a scooter.

Location of hotel. Easy access to Malioboro tourist spots & mall. Quick access for e-hailing n local trishaw ride. Call for prayer is a good reminder for need as i do not have to keep looking at my watch. Staff are friendly and attentive. Buffet breakfast with a taste of local is a must try. Be back again. Keep up the good work. Happy with 7 nights stay in Ayaartta hotel
